Refund Policy

At Oasis Horsewear, we comply with Australian Consumer Law. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

·       Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

·       All original tags and packaging are intact

·       Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue promptly.
This notification timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Once approved, faulty or damaged items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

To report a faulty or damaged item, email info@oasishorsewear.com and include:

·       Your order number

·       A description of the issue

·       Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

 

How to Return an Item

Returns must not be sent without prior approval.

Step 1: Email info@oasishorsewear.com
  • Change of mind: within 30 days of delivery
  • Faulty or damaged items: notify within 7 days of delivery

Step 2: If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Step 3: Securely package the item and send it using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Retain your tracking number until the return is processed.

 

Return Shipping

·       Change of mind returns: Customer pays return shipping

·       Faulty or damaged items: We cover reasonable return shipping costs once approved

 

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

·       Refunds are issued to the original payment method

·       Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

·       Your payment provider may take additional time to finalise the refund

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your return is approved.
