What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking details and contact the carrier directly. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, reach out to us via our [contact page], and we’ll assist however we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes! Contact us within 14 days. We accept returns on unused items in their original condition with tags attached. Please ensure:
✔ Leather goods are tried on carefully—don’t fasten buckles, just slip straps through keepers to check the fit.
✔ Items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Will I get a full refund?
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping for change of mind is at the buyer’s expense.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law. We will pay for return shipping if item has a major fault or is incorrect.
